Check in starts at 4:00 p.m., but please feel free to use the resort amenities before your suite is ready.
For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle is available between the resort and Hilton Waikoloa Village from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
Consider renting a car during your stay. Parking is complimentary at all Hilton Grand Vacations properties throughout Waikoloa.
Should you need more time at the resort before your scheduled departure, you may reserve a hospitality suite for one-hour intervals on the last day of your stay.
Most departing flights from Kailua Kona leave in the evening. We recommend booking an extra day’s stay at the resort to maximize your time on the Big Island.
