  • If you’re arriving by car, please pull up to the porte cochère on Kahanamoku Street at the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard. Valet parking is available at the porte cochère. Self-parking is located in the resort garage on Kahanamoku Street.
  • If you’re arriving by shuttle, please disembark at the shuttle terminal and proceed to the Lobby to check in.
  • Make yourself comfortable in our Arrival & Departure Lounge located on the 8th floor, where you can relax, take a refreshing shower, and stow your luggage until you’re ready to check in or out. Open 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.

  • Don’t miss our fireworks show every Friday night, weather permitting. Secure a spot on the beach for an up-close look or watch from the comfort of your lanai.
