Featuring 18 villa buildings designed in Spanish Mediterranean style, this sprawling resort offers immediate access to neighboring LEGOLAND® California Resort, and sits just a short drive from other signature attractions like SeaWorld, the Wild Animal Park, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Dozens of golf courses and superb shopping are also within a quick drive. Whether you're having a ball on the beach, delighting in theme park fun, or sinking putts like a pro, there are plenty of ways to make memories on and offshore.

When you arrive to check-in, you may park in the designated 20-minute registration spaces at our main entrance.
Please don’t unload your vehicle until your room is assigned as you will be driving to your villa and parking there. If your room isn’t ready when you arrive, we can store your luggage for you.
The resort’s $35 per night Parking Fee is waived for Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members. Fees are subject to change.
Please note that villas in the Pointe neighborhood do not have elevators and require stairs to access your guest room. If you require an elevator, then please book a unit in the Cove neighborhood.

Dining Options:The Cove Bar & Grill operates seasonally, offering lunch and dinner services. For a full range of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, both 7-Mile Kitchen and Twenty|20 are easily accessible via a short walk or the complimentary shuttle service, which operates from any shuttle stop between 9 am and 9 p.m. Owners, Members and Guests can charge meals to their room account and enjoy a 15% discount by obtaining an HGV Rewards card from the concierge in MarBrisa’s lobby. Please note that this 15% discount is applicable only at 7-Mile Kitchen and Twenty|20, and does not extend to The Cove restaurant.
Show your MarBrisa room key to access LEGOLAND via an exclusive walking path and back entrance. Separate theme park admission ticket required. Gate opens at 10:00 am.
A complimentary resort shuttle service provides transportation throughout the entire 56-acre campus. Hours vary seasonally, so please pick up the latest shuttle route map from the front desk or concierge.
Complimentary laundry facilities are available in each villa throughout the resort. Some 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units also contain in-room washers/dryers.
